Development Manifesto: Harvest Crafting

Got around 60ex in my gear killed Sirus and almost done with completion etc...
and I have absolutely no will to play anymore what is the point without harvest?
To upgrade my gear I have to be super uber lucky with RNG crafting etc...
Which I really don't have the time or willpower to do so. Sadly im quitting after 1 week I myself can't believe it myself how the game has become shity when there is no ENDGAME goal u can try to achieve in Ritual league I played for 2 months and I still didn't have my Endgame Staff I was trying to craft it make the game really fun to play to aim for something GOD TIER like.

Harvest went trash, Game is unplayable, crafting back to 2016...

Yep, i'm enjoying my time on The Slormancer whom is as grindy as PoE but has deterministic crafting, locking of affixes and will be able to make GG items with time...

Gambling is not fun nor a game mechanic...

No more deterministic crafting, I get it. But what about a T11 mod on a ilvl 85 item?
Look, if I enjoy gambling so much, I'd have spend that 2000+ hours in casino rather than here.

Life is always full of doubt and uncertainty, I get it too, i.e what's for dinner, who should I date this weekend, should I continue to hodl, and etc etc.
But there is one thing I'm god damn sure - there wont be a single dime from my pocket anymore :)

Best is, when someone tells you that "high ilvl items have higher chance of getting high tier mods" Which is untrue. Usually you can get max tier mods on lowest items (if minimum ilvl is met), because thats how it is.

Having ilvl 87-100 does literally nothing.



Also.
Specific annul + exalt craft was very low chance of encountering even during harvest league. And it usually gave you craptier of that mod.
And you couldnt get rid of unclassified mods (item rarity, stun recovery).

Now that its gone... we are back to fossil gamble and essence gamble.

Question is. PathOfExile Pachinko game when?


Yea guys and dont forget about nerfs to rendering. Game was too easy when you could see monsters or abilities.

At the end of the league, I commented on everywhere (almost), where was any sign of "harvest will be readded to the game later" that it will be in abomination form, pure rng and nothing to do with crafting we have now. Probably only map with boss.

And now, we see i was right. Map with boss and (non)league mechanic, that is still buggy af, and the good parts are gone, pure rng.

Hi, I'm a casual player, but really fan about POE. I play every league with the aim to reach endgame, and know more about mecanics, but again in a casual way.

What GGG needs to understand :
Haverst kept me hooked on ritual league until the end. I played a lot more than other leagues because i tried to farm harvest in pseudo SSF mode (means that i didn't use TFT).
It was amazing. I have an interesting objective to reach, a really good reason to keep playing.

Now this reason is gone. Why because harvest craft are tradeable.

Why, when an harvest craft is used on a item, make the item not tradeable ?

RNG will remains on tradeable items, and harvest will be used only for SSF or personal use only.

You'll fix everything this way. You'll be able to make craft really interesting again for casuals. And avoid god tier sellable items.


I'm not enjoying the league so far.... I can't find the 'FUN'.
So you guys nerfed about every skill and crafting options in the game but buffed all endgame content? What an intelligent decision.
Game is becoming Crap of Exile and I'm really debating on leaving it for any other game that's actually fun and not endless grinding bs with terrible RNG.
My Carrion Golems build is almost done, I've killed Sirus A8 and honestly, I have no intent on building another character because I know what a terrible nightmare it'll be to get some good gear for non-meta builds.
No wonder Awakener Orbs and Maven's Orbs are so cheap; no one is willing to brick they're item with no means to recover 'em.
To be fair, the Lab enchatment thing is now perfect. Good job on this.
Everything else is lame, including the dense mobs from Ultimatum that don't let you see the debuffs on the ground. Immensely boring and terribly designed.
