" No where, at one point while making the build I didn't use Elemental Focus. Guess I just forgot to take it off the tree I have linked in the guide mb. " by the looks of it you didn't do anything wrong there are a couple of things that I can recommend but most super expensive 5+ ex Better Watcher Eye. Wrath Lightning Pen & Clarity Mana Recovery Rate are ideal Get a mana regen lab enchant on you boots this will take ~2 runs with 'Gift to the Goddess' (This is actually cheap ~10c) Awakened Hex-touch + Curse on hit ring for either conductivity or Elemental weakness. Expensive helmet with 'Nearby enemies have -9% to lightning res' Use a divine orb on your Cinders wallow Urn the one you have in PoB litterly has min rolls Make Strom Brand great again.
