Anyone ever tried absolution on league start ?
Im not sure ill have enough time for 2 characters, so im probs not going to go for the usual miner and will start right away with a guardian What about something like this? hi Chromino, in this league I will start with another build, but when I have a lot of currency I will probably build this one that I consider the best in poe currently, but I would like your opinion, with these new jewels, what are the best ascension points to get from other classes?

" Had the same idea of going with Absolution for the first couple days, just because it is a lot simpler to set up. No poison, no reservation juggling, just cast and go. Didn't have any time to theorycraft that idea yet, so please keep us updated. | |

Hey Chromino/knowledgable others, loving this build its the most powerful one I have tried. I am getting a little bit stuck however. Despite my best efforts (i think my gear is decent?) I am still feeling quite low on ES - im sitting at about 5100. Is there anything obvious I am missing with ES?? I have gone through the checklists.. I dont really have room for a clarity gem so I know im missing that on watchers eye, but I cant seem to config about 5200. Any help would be advised what to look for to improve my build. I still find im getting 1 - shot a moderate amount.

" Thank you Jordoho! I am on mobile devices and take a closer look Thursday or Friday on PC. Great gear! Often the 2 split personality jewels, with es and int, are missing to get enough es also without clarity. With the triad grips you need on all other slots a bit es. On transfer passives of clusters you can get a bit es added too, shield, boots and helmet in 30% quality helps a little bit too. 5.2 k are too low, in multiple red damage mods 6.3 or 6.5 k are needed. " That would be fantastic if you could have a look for me. Both my split personalities are +5 es and intelligence so have those.. I must be missing it in random jewel clusters etc.. " Yes, I tried Absolution for levelling as second damageskill in addition to HoAg with phantasms you can breeze topspeed through the acts rangedstyle. HoP are better singletarget, but the absolutions are great ranged and together with HoAg the damage was nice. Also later I did yellow t14 maps on 3 links with them. Thursday or Friday at desktop PC I take a look on the pob's. | |
" I tried one in standard just now goes to t10 maps on a lvl 15 absolution real fullbock quite tanky (use shield charge to proc bastion of hope) so i hardly died with it, but found it quite poor at bossing t10 although it cleared pretty well https://pastebin.com/6Z5skQfB ps: just sharing ideas here please noone use those pobs i posted lol |

Can anyone help optimize this for Standard? I am pretty inept at PoB (cannot even manage to get HoAg damage to show up correctly) and have access to multiple legacy Circle of Nostalgia (added to items in PoB below).
I am not sure if it would be better to use one legacy circle + despair ring (bases seem to all kinda suck for this build); two legacies and maybe rework the clusters/add watcher's eye; maybe change helm enchant to something else? One agony crawler dmg legacy/one buff effect? Other options? I want to make a new dual influence helmet with -chaos res but unsure which other influence to use. Crusader for spell block to free up tree points? Redeemer for reservation? Other? I have recently changed the tree to max my spell block from 70% to 75% at the cost of 200+ ES and it feels quite a bit better so would like to keep that. Other than that defense is solid, I think I am happy with Purity of Elements/Glancing Blows set up. Just looking to squeeze in a bit more dmg. I use cyclone/BL for maps and switch to Storm Burst for bosses + Vile Toxins instead of Awakened Fork for Agony Crawler Any help would be appreciated!
