Is there a upgrade priorities somewhere laying around for the build?

Currently struggling to figure out what upgrade to work towards next.
All the potential upgrades are 10 ex+ i am seeing:
Aura implicit CoTB,
Aura implicit/+Gem level Prism Guardian,
Unique jewel with RRS (might of the meek, intuitive leap, transcendent flesh),
better Nebulis, etc...

%rrs jewels is the biggest priority together with 90% resists.
Then better Nebulis you need 20% both light and cold, more important light ebcause it is scaled twice. After than better implicit on Nebulis.

I'm currently playing as aurastack SRS which I like but I have some problems clearing ultimatums with it. Therefore, I was thinking that I may want to switch to a build with arc to see if it feels better. However, when trying to play around with PoB damage seems very low and I have the feeling I'm missing something important here.

I've tried to take my current build, remove my staff and put a nebulis, a shield, two call of the broterhood and maligaro gloves.

Here is what I end up with (I do not reach 300% aura effect because of the switch of my chest, I can swap two jewels with repleneshing presence + first among equals to purposeful harbinger and first among equal / repleneshing presence to accomplish this, just for simulation purposes I added 3 5% increased aura effect to my glorious vanity).

How nice would a 250 exalted budget feel for this? Either Spark or EK version.

What do you think? Which way do I go? The conventional Aura Stacker or the Self Chill?

The part of the tree is clear to me, it is practically the same in all the variations, except for one or two clusters. But when it comes to Items / Skills / Mechanics, I have doubts.

At the moment I'm doing very well, but far from the DPS Sirus that you have :)

And what do you think of the shield with Avian Skill, I sell it to be able to invest better :)

Self-chill is the best for general mapping. If you are doing conventional aura stacker, then you should be using a headhunter as the main benefit of conventional is the fact you have a free belt slot.
