You also stopped at Acrobatics and haven't taken Phase I've made a lot of changes including taking out the thread of hope to grab the life wheel near scion, this is a much stronger tree for leveling to 100 or playing in HC. For your gear, it looks pretty decent on the life, but next upgrade would be higher movement speed on your boots, and conductivity on hit for the ring. Yes 10ex is definitely enough, I posted those videos weeks ago and the build has progressed after investing more currency.
