I'm sort of new myself, but what I understand:
- Shield with +1 all chaos spell skill gems and recover 5%
- Wand with +1 all chaos spell skill gems + cdot multiplier + despair on hit
- If you can have different amulet: +1 all chaos skill gems + cdot multiplier
- Tranquility instead of Deflection on amulet
- Watchers Eye with CDOT

Because of shield and amulet right now you are missing +2 levels on Essence drain, which will be biggest impact.

But all of these options are quite expensive.

I like CI version better than LL because you have more freedom with amulet/body. Like having good body with high EV gives more ES due to Escape artist. And +1 chaos on amulet.

If you check PoB you see that even level 10 despair adds a lot of dps to your build so first I'd buy/craft a wand with chaos dmg multi + plus one to chaos gems + despair on hit.

Aberrant fossil spamming on 70 lvl base is quite ok, otherwise 3-4ex in the market. Like this:



It has some trash stats too because it is crafted, plus I need to get 20% chaos dot (unveiled mod). But % on chaos dot is not that important as despair + level of ED.

Another quite interesting thing is 'nearby enemies have -9 to chaos res" on your helmet, also achieved by fossil crafting.



Still wondering if I should search for ED bonus dmg enchantment, but I have 1M regular dps and 600k Shaper, so it is not needed.

The expensive thing is also finding/crafting energy shield with 'recover shield on block' with '+1 chaos gems' as truly the most dps you get is from levels of ED gem. Having +1 on amulet (you don't because of chayula), wand AND shield would get you 29 ED. I myself managed to get it to 28.

I manualy cast despair curse on bossess, so it's not needed atm on wand, simple trash mobs just dies instantly (rares lives for 0.5s-1s).
Clarity watchers eye is also out of reach for me.

But ya, amulet with +1 gem level would be nice.

I am spending my league money on trying to craft 150+ES shield with both block recovery and +1 to chaos gems because I have rest of my build ready and I am not that stoked about pushing it above 8k ES. Because noone sells such shield it probably will cost couple tens of exalts to make, but idc. Still, this build is relatively cheap. Clearspead and survivability is awesome. My first CI ED build and I really enjoy it. Thank you Belvince.

Looking back at this thread i got to level 98 with my trickster. Damn it was such a strong build clearing beyond maps barley notice beyond spawning.
Doing all content deathless really easy and fast. I was at 2.4m poe ninja dps (highest at the time) for 1h+wand

btw can someone explain to PoB noob why in OP pob there is 860k Dot DPS and in post above me is 3.1M DoT DPS. What is making sooo big difference? I cant find it.

The wand is a very nice weapon, the belt gives low life with vulnerability, pain attunement gives more damage with low life, and the shield removes the downsides to the belt.

Also on Reddit someone told me that one build has shaper DPS chcecked and other not. Also awenaked gems. That must be all differences. Ty

I killed everything with this build, no worries if you want to kill elder/shaper/a8 Sirus or some delve boss :)
