Ehh... I wasn't really checking thoroughly what Typicaldemon changed, but he put summary of changes so if you look though that, it seems both builds are getting closer together, i.e. he says he'll drop Qotf in favour of rare chest, considers dropping vertex for rare hubris, crafting for ailment immunity on items, using CA in weapon swap, looking at his POB he still uses thread of hope for phase acro + 2 clusters, 1 with elegant form for ailment immunity. Went for wind dancer too and the elusive nodes. Has a life flask in his POB now, but no dying sun or witchfire atm, he says he swaps dying sun in for mapping. Went for some extra movespeed nodes, probably to offset dropping Qotf. Doesn't use curse on hit ring, but mentions it as an option in the section explaining dropping maloney's in favour of rare quiver.

But I dunno how did I become a build checker. >.> Like I got several pms with people asking me which guide to follow too. Just read them all and pick what you think suits you best.

All of the authors of the toxic rain trickster threads put great work into them and differences probably reflect their playstyle focus.
Sorry for the dumb question, I never played CA/TR. Is CA for clear and TR for single target ? Or is it the other way around ?

It seems like he missed the fact that while skill duration got nerfed we got new node to anoint "Exceptional performance" which gives us 25% increased spell duration. Since corruption is not worth anointing anymore this is easy choice.

I didn't do exact math but my build doesn't seem to lose any DPS while being only TR based.
Yeah that's a pretty good node for TR and cheap :)

I don't think it beats corruption with 10 withered, and you dont need more duration while clearing maps anyway though.

It's not rly new, Exceptional Performance and Potency of Will were always there and people did all possible shenanigans with threads of hope or pathing to scion wheel to pick one or the other, or both, before clusters ate all the spare points so it stopped being viable.

Tbh corruption isn't bad per say, but it's only useful for bossing mostly, or if you extensively use withering step.

Biggest question now is do you still go for damage boosting anointment or something like Constitution.

Or for damage, is it worth to get more attack speed instead, like Harrier or Farsight. Sadly berserking got nerfed, but lust for carnage is still sweet, sweet 12% attack speed. Yeah, I know, the leech part would be a bit wasted.

It does beat it by a huge margin almost maxed build gains over around 600k dps with just 3 pods overlaping which means it beats it around by 150-200k per pod. Yes you need duration for TR that is why nerf was such damage loss in first place. We are not gaining same amount back but it is very close. TR has base duration of 1s so it does come into play while clearing maps.

My build always felt so much better every time I uped my duration. Dunno maybe I'm misunderstanding something here? But this is my understanding and what PoB tells me, yet to see how it pans out in practice.
