Didn't you get used already with this? Legion league, buff cyclone (everyone played it), Blight league -> nerf cyclone to the ground (GGG said slightly back then too), buff minions (everyone played it). Metamorph league -> nerf minions ("slightly" - TO THE Fucking GROUND), prolly buff something else (as expected...after melee buff, then spell buff, now it's archers time to shine). This is how they keep the diversity of the game. It is annoying as fuck but this is how you keep people entertained and you don't let them get bored. Giving a shit of your hard work to make a build shine, just so they smash it next patch, looks like another day at work.

It is annoying as you say, but I finally can start crafting day 1 gaining fast currency on searching eye jewels and bows. Veteran crafters/traders know.

And i like crafters. They made the game more entertaining tbh and they set a high target to achieve something amazing. But this tactic they apply for few years already, with nerf some, buff some becomes frustrating. As someone said earlier in this topic, we are not all streamers to test 24/7 and make the perfect build every league. I want to play the game and have variety from where to chose. Not to shove a skill down your throat so you have to play that. Now you will prolly say, every build can work bla bla. Yes every single spell can be used in a build, but considering what investment did i need to kill uber elder with cyclone in Legion league (terminus est and tabula rasa (really?)) and what investment to do the same thing using explosive arrow? this shove it down your throat pisses me off. GGG try ballance not nerf this buff that.
Invasion IGN: EternalThrows
minions basically didn't get nerfed Aggressive minions is what was needed even if the skill gem gave +10% more damage still very much viable. Having 2 spectres instead of 3 without an empower link is totally fine in the early game sub 95.

Good to see GGG making improvements to make the base game MORE in line with the trailer shown with PoE2

The game is going back to a slow pace get used to it 30mil dps builds LoL

also dex stacking weapons are not so much strong, only if u invest a lot u deal good ammount of dps... for example de scourg arrow delve build, is only based oon glass cannon and ddoge, no abusive mechaniscs.. just dps with zero life.. so the nerf on cold stack is stupid...
All my builds: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1830178
the multi mod change sucks crafting sucks as it is i hope this wasnt done because of 1 or 2 builds that use it well
ARMOUR PENETRATION WHEN ? If its not on Friday 13 December , then melee characters are back in the dark corner.
THE DEEP SMELL OF YOU.. DANGEROUSLY MATCHES THE PERFUME INSIDE OF ME..
IT MUST BE MY HEART YOU ARE AFTER..
IT MUST BE MY LUNGS YOU ARE BREATHING FROM..
WE ARE NOT THE WINNERS OR THE LOSERS..
OH BABY WE ARE THE FIGHT ! ! !

I'll still play necro. You can't stop me ;-;

Skele summoners are probably laughing pretty hard right now, seeing as how they're basically untouched :D.

Spectre nerf seems a touch harsh, bu-ut i've not played spectres in 3.8 so idk if it's a really big deal.
Zombie life got hit pretty bad though.

laughing with my 10 golem build as well

Think about it before asking...

"Does multimod with 3 mods INCLUDE the mod itself?"

WELL DUH.

The idea is to get rid of the 1 billion horrible reddit post about 2 stat items that are multimodded and supposed to be "impressive".

Crafters should rejoice as their skill and knowledge will FINALLY be rewarded, far gone are the days where you could alt spam into 2 stats and make a "godly weapon" with multimod and 3 crafted mods.

Now, it's 3 mods minimum + multi + 2.

3 Mods STILL allow you to alt spam + regal, but you need to hit a regal, you can't just annul the bad mod and go on.

This is crafting, just like before annuls.

Crafters didn't die for this, crafters are about to have a gooooood time.

its cool and all for the people with 100 exalts to craft an item but for people that dont play 24/7 this is fucking shit
I dont like their meta balance approach.

Why buff overall Monsters every 2 leagues (especially high tier maps), instead of nerfing overpowered skills?

That way the trash skills which do not get a rework, are even more crippled.

Sometimes I really have the impression, that at GGG-HQ's only "specialists" work, that are unable to see the bigger picture. (no Generalists there, which have a more complete oversight of the game?)

It's like with diseases, if you are using certain pharmaceuticals, it will not bring healing, but rather achieve a slight suppression in the accompaniments.

Therefore, the outbreak will come again and again, without ever achieving true healing (balance).

This so called manifesto reads like a nightmare. I agree with the Multi-Mod nerf. The rest is just overdoing it with the nerf-bat as always.

However, what enrages me the most are the Fortify downgrades. Just when I made an underplayed Champion league starter build around this underused class, they nerf 4 points of the god damn ascendancy ... probably by accident. If they don't change the Champion accordingly, it is another dead ASC.

Makes no sense outside the fact remains GGG hates melee and always has.

????????????????????? are you overreacting because you won the casino and got the right stats? what knowledge is that? what skill? clicking?

you call regal + annul skilled? people consider skilled the most stupid shit in this game what the hell..
