What about scourge skill points? i don't see in the guide

" I probably won't add a section for Scourge points, as they're pretty straightforward; the 1 point talents are no-brainers and you just kind of select what you'd prefer to level first after that. Btw i got a question, would it be possible somehow in future convert it into an Eye of Winter, Version... what would i have to change in concern of Gear or Gem/supports?

I have a question about Pandemonium.
With the Blind changes, is it still BiS or do you not recommend it anymore? |

Pandy is still a pretty strong amulet but it lost a lot of its exclusive power with the changes to blind becoming basically useless to us. That being said, it's still a decent enough amulet with the rest of the mods, but probably not top-tier anymore. Some sort of well rolled influenced amulet like the one below would be better, but would likely end up costing more than a Pandy, on top of being harder to find on the market or craft.

Guys need some help with my character. I am stuck in blood acqueducts, can't seem to have an efficient way to transition into freezing pulse, I only got 1 exalted orb since I made the character, need much more, feeling kinda stuck. Anyone care to take a look at my character and give me some steps to follow?

You don't seem to follow the leveling guide from the first page. I can understand the tree changes, because they can be respec later, but what about links? From "leveling tips" section:
Wave of Conviction ideal links: Spell Totem Support, Multiple Totems Support, Combustion Support Holy Flame Totem ideal links: Elemental Focus Support, Added Fire Damage Support, Controlled Destruction Support Flammability ideal links: Arcane Surge Support, Increased Duration Support Spell Cascade Support Cast When Damage Taken link: Steelskin Ive sticked to those and bought 2 wands withs ~+100% spell power for 1c each and finished 10acts with no problem.. also didnt changed the tree at all. |
