[3.13] Raikudou's CoC Ice Nova Assassin (3M+ DPS)

Hey there, I was wondering what main hand / off hand crit chance I should be looking to get on my cyclone. I'm currently sitting at 32% in the hideout, but on bosses, the damage feels lackluster and I feel that's due to the little amount of crits / procs. Thanks

Why are you using Witchfire Brew?

Your Belt only has 13% Cooldown Recovery Speed, which is the same as having 0% as you only get the true benefit at the 14%+ threshold.

I also don't see the accuracy Jewel. What is your chance to hit?

The Elemental Damage with Attack Skills on your ring does nothing for your DPS as you are using a Spell as your main damage source btw

You dont need enemies to have less evasion as you (should) have a 100% hit chance.

Gaining mana does nothing since your Cyclone barely costs any and you can infinitely sustain it anyway.

You get Frenzy Charges through Ice Bite in your HoI setup.

Which only leaves us with Flask charges gained. Which you don't need these days while mapping since charges are plenty even while spamming.

"Cursed enemies take 20% increased Extra Damage from Critical Strikes" Thats a more multiplier so Assassin Mark hands down wins with that single stat. You get some base crit on top of that which makes things even better.

Hey, what about Mistwalker enables the build? with a watchers eye (precision aspd) you can still hit 7.5aps with just cospri and no aspd on the tree. Wouldn't this be better since it is consistently 7.5aps instead of going up and down based on elusive buff?

It gets us to the perfect 7.5 APS mark. There are better watchers eyes mods than the precision one. Don't waste an entire jewel slot which could be 30% Crit mult for a mere 10% APS. Elusive (20% attack speed) gets us to exactly 7.49 it really doesn't get better.

Ive been running uber lab but getting ice nova enchant is super hard. Any other enchant thats also useful? I know theres also the mana resevation ones but my mana is fine as is. Also, I just procced herald of ice but it doesnt seem to help my damage in anything. Do you happen to know why?

N.B I've portal socketed in helmet when I don't use zealotry and just passed 20% quality some of my gems. Should Awakened COC gem be useful or having more CDR speed would be too much ?

Awakened CoC (22% CRS) would be the ultimate goal for this build as you can reach the next threshold of 52% CRS to get 10 casts per second (up from 7.5). so basically 33% more DPS with that gem.

Widowmaker or any rare dagger with 1.6+ APS and 8%+ base crit. More than enough for basic map clear, at least up until reds.
