You need to balance APS and cooldown recovery for the ice nova casts. Take a look at this calculator and play around with it.

Plugging in 12.12 APS with 0 ICDR gives us 4.8 and 15.14 with 14% ICDR gives us 6.16 casts compared to 7.49 casts at 15+ ICDR with 7.49 APS. With 52% ICDR you aim for 9.9 APS for 9.9 ice nova casts.

On topic: I took Raikudou's, Esoro, Serberus's CoC Ice nova builds and smashed them together for by my build.

I can do T16 maps easily and I just took down A8 Sirius (on last portal kekw) but my gear still needs to be optimized. I went for the 52+% ICDR and 9.9 APS for my build.

Interesting. What's Brutal Restraint giving you there? Aside from Wind Dancer, what does it transform the Quick Recovery cluster and Arcanist's Domination into?

Also, what am I looking at with the calculator? What do each of the variables represent?

Also that last parameter threw off the calculation and made the graph weird. If I delete it it's much more obvious. Looks like I should stay below 7.57 or else lose 40% of my DPS. Makes sense now.

Just Wind Dancer, the rest is the same. I am trying to figure out ways to improve my eHP as I get 1-shot occasionally which isn't ideal.

~gem on the boots: i put out the onslaught because it affects my APS also ice bite because of the frenzy attacks,now what is left is HoI and Innervate,what should i put in the 2 empty slots.Also APS is 7.43 if i checked it correctly with all the buffs on elusive too.
~the headhunter can give attack speed mods right?that means that the HH isn't good for this build since it can make APS bigger than 7.5 don't know if im wrong or right.

replaced gems,just switching HoI with Hypothermia for the bosses.Tried with tower boss,didn't die once and killed him fast enough.

- Your PoB doesn't reflect your ingame character precisely;
- Your fire resistance is uncapped;
- If you're gonna run a Headhunter you need Awakened CoC or CDR on boots;
- Your rare belt has an open crafting slot;
- Herbalism is stronger than Quick Recovery. You can also drop 3 5% life nodes to pick up Herbalism which yields 20% life for 3 nodes, instead of 15%;
- Basalt flasks are somewhat useless on evasion builds, especially when coupled with Acrobatics;
- Same with Jade flasks. Evasion as a mechanic works (decays) in a way that you either stack it immensely high, all the way to 95% cap, or ignore it altogether. As evasion cap is not obtainable in reasonable ways for Assassin evasion rating should be of no priority;
- Herald of Ice beats Zealotry in almost every scenario. It allows you to have enough mana to cast Vortex, drop the mana cost ring mod, and keep a much higher lvl Precision which is much better than the Zealotry buff alone, as 100% hit chance on Cyclone is of utmost importance.

Hey man, just wandering, what if we put Glacial cascade instead of Vaal Righteous fire ?

+Any upgrade ? I feel somewhat weak against bosses, died alot on Kosis per example.

- Farm a few more ex, get Bottled Faith (1,80% crit chance or more), drop Inc. Crit Strikes gem for Hypothermia. It also allows to drop the whole Annihilation cluster ('cause you're crit capped without it), and get damage elsewhere;
- Divine down your Cospri's to bellow 7,57 APS while Elusive. You're losing ~1/3 of your potential damage at the moment;
- On the same note, don't use Ice Bite or Onslaught. You lose damage from gaining attack speed;
- Cap your lightning resistance with gear;
- Get high accuracy rolls on your gloves and 2nd ring. Get 100% hit chance on Cyclone;
- Seething and Bubbling prefixes are better than Panicked on a Life flask;
- Get a prefix on your Diamond flask;
- Get curse immunity on your other utility flask.


This node alone provides more damage than Arcane Expanse. The Arcane Expanse cluster is shitty in general.

Could you take a look at mine? You say spell damage per power charge is strong, but really when you just have 6 or so charges, isnt that only 24% increase? That's only as good as many other notables granting 25% increase (ie. most notables offered from cluster jewels).

I see in my POB when i swap out Arcane expanse cluster to get the spell dmg per power charge, the avg hit is the same. I also need the int from arcane expanse, and aoe is a nice benefit to have too. I don't need any crit from the extra power charges as I am at 100% crit already without diamond flask.

I also feel like my damage is pretty weak, like it takes probably 20 seconds to kill a T16 guardian... and if I get hit I get 1 shot.
