Remove Ice Bite from your Herald of Ice. You don't want to have Frenzy Charges, they fuck up your attack speed.
Divine down your Cospri's to a maximum total of 22% increased AS (so 14 + 8, or 12 + 10, etc) or less.
Those 2 changes would bring you down to a maximum 7,56 APS while Elusive.

hey this build awesome but i get destroid by bosses can you check whats going on ?
so far its great for clearing but i die a lot to bosses. even map bosses.

- You're lvl 87 without Uber Lab done;

- You have a base of 145 life from gear. That is ridiculously low.
Your ring, helmet, gloves, boots and belt should each have +60 life at the very least. Yours have practically zero.
Shoot for 5k life at least;

- Cap your resistances via gear, don't count on flasks for it. Nullifier mobs will insta-kill you;

- Redo your flasks entirely. Rumi's and Rotgut are completely worthless for this build. Put in an Atziri's and The Wise Oak instead, alongside an instant Life, Diamond and Quartz flasks that remove bleeds, curses and freeze, respectively;

- Push to 100% hit on Cyclone. A total of +800 accuracy on 1 ring and gloves, combined with the Depth Perception cluster and ~lvl 15 Precision should do the trick. You can drop Arcane Expanse to pick Depth Perception.



This is one of the strongest nodes in the entire tree, as, unlike other similar PC duration nodes, it provides spell power per power charge. Way too many people missing it.

Need some info on:
~gem on the boots: i put out the onslaught because it affects my APS also ice bite because of the frenzy attacks,now what is left is HoI and Innervate,what should i put in the 2 empty slots.Also APS is 7.43 if i checked it correctly with all the buffs on elusive too.
~the headhunter can give attack speed mods right?that means that the HH isn't good for this build since it can make APS bigger than 7.5 don't know if im wrong or right.

If you see any mistakes here please let me know,for the moment the build runs nicely did a simulacrum wave 19/20 couldn't finish last one bcs 2 bosses.

EDIT:
replaced gems,just switching HoI with Hypothermia for the bosses.Tried with tower boss,didn't die once and killed him fast enough.

I don't understand why this build is advocating the 7.57 breakpoint when we're dual-wielding Cospri's. Cyclone alternates between weapon hits and each weapon hits half as often each second:

Per this thread, we should be aiming for the 12.12 APS breakpoint (With 0% ICDR), or 15.14 (With 14%+ ICDR). What am I missing?

You need to balance APS and cooldown recovery for the ice nova casts. Take a look at this calculator and play around with it.

Plugging in 12.12 APS with 0 ICDR gives us 4.8 and 15.14 with 14% ICDR gives us 6.16 casts compared to 7.49 casts at 15+ ICDR with 7.49 APS. With 52% ICDR you aim for 9.9 APS for 9.9 ice nova casts.

On topic: I took Raikudou's, Esoro, Serberus's CoC Ice nova builds and smashed them together for by my build.

I can do T16 maps easily and I just took down A8 Sirius (on last portal kekw) but my gear still needs to be optimized. I went for the 52+% ICDR and 9.9 APS for my build.

Interesting. What's Brutal Restraint giving you there? Aside from Wind Dancer, what does it transform the Quick Recovery cluster and Arcanist's Domination into?

Also, what am I looking at with the calculator? What do each of the variables represent?

Also that last parameter threw off the calculation and made the graph weird. If I delete it it's much more obvious. Looks like I should stay below 7.57 or else lose 40% of my DPS. Makes sense now.

Great build, i switched to CoC right when i hit 68. When you leveled the gems along its pretty much easy mode in maps.

thank you for the advice! i'm too noob and keep dying at the uber Lab lol ....i will make an adjustment !! does chaos resistant matter?
