Hey man.

You don’t “need” any particular aps with that belt, BUT if you want to maximize the number of ice novas you proc then you want to be slightly below 7.57 aps with BF - not above that level.

What you’ll find though is that the sacrifices you need to make to get close to 7.57aps aren’t worth it - you’ll be better off with a belt without cdr and better other stats and hitting just below 6.0aps. This is only if you use BF.

So i removed the cdr belt and need 6.0aps? and Ice nova will proc 2times or 4times for 1second?

Found a slightly different setup that is working great for me.

Just over 7.0 APS w/ 14% CDR belt combined with ES on hit watcher's eye is a really nice defensive setup. Had to sacrifice some crit multi to get there but guardians are dying in <5 seconds anyways.

Can get to the 7.5aps cap when I switch around some jewels and get a cyclone enchant. Feels great and allows me to use leap slam comfortably.
Hey guys! I was wondering if I could ask for some help. I'm currently running the build and sitting on 2 APS (basic attack) / 4 APS Cyclone.

Would you mind taking a look at my gear/tree and letting me know how I reach the 3APS /6 APS? Thank you.

Guide pretty much says exactly how u get there. Gear seems right so it's pribably the tree - cant really see it now. Also change that glove enchant. You want to have control over when to have onslaught and when not, as with onslaught you will always be above 3.0. So remove that enchant and just avoid using silver flask for when better single target DPS is needed.

Another good variation...

With your attack speed that high you dont need diamond flask or much more than 50% crit to fall into max CoC proc range.

It can only pop off 7.5x a second you are giving it 14 opportunities with cyclone and 7 IAS.

I'd focus on spell crit and multi.

Ditch diamond for sure and try this.

Not entirely false, not entirely true either.

If 2 crits are one after another, only 1 will proc. You need still pretty high crit chance for consistent procs.

To find an effevtive crit chance needs some weired math which I dont plan to do :D Id guess about 80% - still just a guess though.

Didn't even consider that, thx for advice will def drop the flask for either atziri's or a defensive one, and switch the tree up. Will still be able to do ele reflect no problem by throwing the diamond in for it too.
Cant wait to share with you my plans in 5-6 days. I should be looking at 7.5k life + 1200 ES with my current gear - DPS unafected and mana problems (which i never personally had but owell) improved.
