Puncture is so undertuned for melee. Why let it have melee option at all?
Compared with Lacerate of Hemmorhage, Puncture has: LESS DAMAGE, PATHETIC AoE, LESS RANGE. I mean, what is the balance here? |

I havent seen anything about the new transfigured puncture gem other than the 1 line in the patch notes, is it still coming in 3.25?
