General Gem Discussion

Hello,

With the spirit gem War Banner level 19 (Poe 2); 20 quality (12% magnitude per valour in all) and 75 max valour (with passif nod), I should multiply my dps on my crossbow shot gem by 1,6( = 1 + [0,06 x (1 + 0,12 x 75)] ) . But when I tested it, it multiply it roughly by 2 (a bit more)... Is it a bug, or an hidden calculation that we don't know ?
