[3.6] The Blizz Sorc - Icestorm/Winter Orb CI Occultist - Viable For Everything

I have managed to just pass the 19K ES limit while keeping my Int over 2580 and all my resistances equal!

Never felt more powerful and safe in this game like i feel now with these values while playing this build!

Need "only" 10 more Intelligence from somewhere to pass also 2600 Intelligence but it seems almost impossible to get it without sacrificing some ES :)

Lost the exact count but i can tell you that the total cost of the gear purchased in time (some pieces were cheaper at the moment of acquisition) is somewhere around 150 Exalts including the jewels (the chest picece alone was 70 exalts)

Gear like this is overkill anyway for this build, with around 13k ES and 2200-2300 Intelligence i think you can do everything in the game including Uber Elder and high level depth Aul.

Speaking of Aul, here is another video of one i just killed at 482 depth. No special mods except 94% extra damage as fire:

482 depth Aul The Crystal King with %extra fire damage

The damage output of the build is so high that he manages to cast his charge replication skill only twice (and during first phase only).

Question regarding crafting the armor: how many alts should I expect to use? Because it's already at 300+, and the best I got was %int suffix + T4 flat ES + crappy(T7 or T8) int.

Thanks a bunch for the guide, I went with it for my initial Betrayal league character.

I just ran Hall of the Grandmasters for my first time ever and managed to beat it with this build, at level 90 with just over 10k ES and only maybe 3-4ex invested in it. And that's also without doing any swapping out of gems for certain enemies, which I understand is common practice for the map.
I was rather surprised, I hadn't actually expected to be able to beat it yet based on its reputation, I just tried it on a whim.

Awesome build. Super cheap, really tanky with the big ES pool and fast leech, and pretty powerful. Thanks again. :)

Hey congrats on that crazy map! I just ran it at Lv 94 with 11,700 ES and 1929 INT and got smoked 6 times in a row since I was charging the map like an idiot. Finally switched to some elemental flasks to reduce damage and gave it another go and was able to complete it, but I had a few deaths which was disappointing. I used to be able to do it deathless with one of my older builds, but it was still fun to clear it all out. And screw that SOB with Scorching Ray...what a dirty bastard.

I feel your pain...I've gone through around 2,000 alts and wasn't able to make a chest with good enough mods. Getting the 9% or higher %Inc Int roll is hard enough, but getting it with good ES mods proved impossible for me. Now that the price of Alts has skyrocketed (4.5 per chaos which is ridiculous) I'm just going to delve and save up my Exalts from fossil sales until I have enough to buy a good chest piece with the mods I want. It just isn't worth going through so much currency with such a low chance of success...especially when you figure in the costs of multi-modding and getting a 6L.

I've gone through 2400+ alts and this is the best I've come up with:

I'm using it, ES is at 10.5k and int at 2221

I've managed this for the second best:

I think it's worthy to mention that since crafting system revamp it become so much more powerfull, now nobody craft with chaos, but alteration spamming.
Therefore alterations now cost whooping 4x more than before, about 4-5 alterations for 1 chaos.
Alterations now cost twice the price of jewellers lol

Guys please help me decide if it worth to put 2 ex into it to multicraft it?

Have no idea how to make the picture of the item.

Dragon Mantle, Vaal Regalia:
Quality: +20%
Energy shield: 316
Item lvl: 83
+35 Inteliigence (tier 5)
+100 to maximum Energy shield (tier 1)
10% increased Intelligence (tier 1)

They totally shot up also. They were 12:1 when I first started attempting to craft this and I stocked up. I'm not sure if I'll buy more or just use the ones I make one the side.

Don't bother with alteration craft, use fossils if you do some Delve farming in the mean time and have some fossils to be burned:

Cheapest combo to get %intelligence and high ES values on a Shaper Vaal Regalia is Dense + Scorched + Frigid (6-7 chaos per try)
I did some 600+ chests this way which i sold for good money
