Some of the gear pieces look decent enough whatever is left for your build. The reason why this isn't working is that you're wasting 2 flasks on HP flasks on Chaos Inoculate build, you don't have Cyclopean Coil.
Also, I think you're focusing too much getting into "damage" nodes on the skilltree and ignore getting all the jewel nodes + Brute Force Solution/Fertile Mind Jewels which actually would increase your Damage/Survavibility.
Edit: About the message below of this. Oh, right. Kinda forgot it said "Attack" when the Watcher's Eye didn't say it.

ehm, what? the only jewel with es on hit that work for spell(and attacks too) hits is Watcher's eye and that one is pricey. Regular jewels can only roll es on attack hits, which helps this build exactly none at all.

The reason why this isn't working is that you're wasting 2 flasks on HP flasks on Chaos Inoculate build, you don't have Cyclopean Coil and you missing one of the most important thing on your build: Any Jewel with ES gained per hit. Even having one with 2 ES/hit changes the build to a quite tank-ish.

Will try to cover that.
Although the dps on the build is at the very least decent, safehouse bosses (especially melee) 1 or 2 shot me. Same for random trash that tp on top of you (mine mostly). im nearly 7k es which should be more than plenty for 76.
Will try the suggested things however. Thanks.
Cheers.

Don't bother with alteration craft, use fossils if you do some Delve farming in the mean time and have some fossils to be burned:

Hey thanks for the advice! I have tabs of fossils and resonators from many hours of delving and tested this out. I haven't got the best mods yet but made a few 600 range chests with good rolls that I can sell for a nice profit. At this point I think it's better to sell alts rather than buy them, lol.

Guys please help me decide if it worth to put 2 ex into it to multicraft it?
Have no idea how to make the picture of the item.
Dragon Mantle, Vaal Regalia:
Quality: +20%
Energy shield: 316
Item lvl: 83
+35 Inteliigence (tier 5)
+100 to maximum Energy shield (tier 1)
10% increased Intelligence (tier 1)

Well from what you've shared you've got 2 Suffixes and 1 Prefix on that item. Using the multimod will use your last Suffix, leaving two Prefixes. Assuming an average roll of 65% increased ES and that you have the Level 4 Increased ES and Life recipe unlocked, this is the breakdown that I see for a Vaal Regalia which has a default ES rating of 163 with 20 quality:
163 + 100 = (263)
x
(100+65+36+20)/100 = (2.21)
263 x 2.21 = 581 ES
Now, if you can get the quality up to 28 with a Hillock mod, you should look something like this:
263 x 2.28 = 600 ES
So you'd have 600 ES, 35 intelligence and a 10% INT mod. Looks pretty good to me, especially if you can Divine for a full 12%.
I'm still kind of new at this, so someone more experienced should check my math. I'd say go for it, but again let's let some better and more experienced players offer their opinions before you make a decision.

Thank you! I am also new that is why I do not know if I need to roll it again or use what I have now. Not also sure what is the level of my crafting bench for that you mentioned.
Why everybody is talking about hillock? There is bestiary recipe for 30% right?

That one corrupts your item while Hillock 28% doesn't.
