your wand has both +minion and +spell levels, it's +2 to your Raise Spectre gem.
As i can see your boots don't have +1 to all raise spectre gem, so if you want to exchange your wand to something else, you need to have +1 spell +1 minions on new wand.
BTW your wand costs ~5+ exalts.

It's about the same.
More projectiles with +1 vs hitting harder with Lioneye (Pierce 15). It's really just about cost. 1-3ex for 6L Lioneye vs 10-20x for 6L delve with good stats.

This is how I did my gear progress:

0. (League start) 5L + Essence of Greed (1-5c)
1. 6L rare + Essence of Greed (20-25c)
2. Upgrade wand (5-10c)

4. 6L Lioneye + chromes to colour (1-3ex)
5. Fix everything else (gloves, wand, shield, etc, jewels)
6. 6L delve (10-20ex buy or craft)

Current HC price update for anyone wondering:

- Silver oil (for anointment): 45c
- 6L base: 1-2ex Widowsilk, 3-4ex Occultist Vest
- Level 21 Raise Spectre: 3ex+ (very very rare)
- Convoking Wand with chance to minion double damage: 30c-1ex (very rare)
- 6L Lioneye: 8ex+ (rare)
- Unending hunger: 2ex-2.5ex
- 6L rare with +1 spectre and life: only armour and evasion bases are sold
- Amulet with +1 int gem levels: 2.5ex+ (very very rare)
- Boots with +1 spectre level, 30+ total resistance and no max life mod): 1ex+ (very rare)
- Boots with +1 spectre level and 50+ maximum life: 2ex+ (rare)

Can't afford anything with my 2.5ex budget T_T

If you don't need +2 to get Raise Spectre 25, I think sell it and get a wand with a big damage stat. I think you can sell your wand for about 5ex.

+2 levels is about 10% more damage.

You can get wands with around 90% increased damage and open suffix for 2ex.

My boots have +1 All Raise Spectre though.. How do you quote 1 by 1? Have no idea how it works :P

Oh well i missed this. Then you don't really need wand with +2 to spectres, only +1 to have your 5 spectres.
Sell your wand for ~5ex and buy +1 minion with +50% inc damage and +8% atck\cast

u can use a conqueror exalted orb on the chest to gain 1 respective conqueror modifier on uninfluenced items.

in this case, we want increased effect of offerings which is a suffix, so make sure your chest has 3 prefixes to block hunter prefixes and at least item level 80 to potentially get t1 offering mod
