Does the 6L Lioneye map faster than a 6L +1 delve with bad stats?
It's about the same.
More projectiles with +1 vs hitting harder with Lioneye (Pierce 15). It's really just about cost. 1-3ex for 6L Lioneye vs 10-20x for 6L delve with good stats.

Trigger used to create corpses for offerings and Feast of Flesh.
If you ok without this automatisation or can and want to cast Desecrate and offering manually - then it's fine :)

I'm ok to cast manually, but of course prefer 1 click everything. That wand is fine as it is? Should I sell and buy one with open suffix/crafted trigger spell?

your wand has both +minion and +spell levels, it's +2 to your Raise Spectre gem.
As i can see your boots don't have +1 to all raise spectre gem, so if you want to exchange your wand to something else, you need to have +1 spell +1 minions on new wand.
BTW your wand costs ~5+ exalts.
