Will there be any updates/completion to the PoH build or is v2 superior now and I should switch back? Also, any ideas on how to take advantage of a delv chest giving +1 spectre and you can apply an extra curse? I just picked one up.

Thanks!

As a POH build user, I can attest that the survivability is awesome!
The feast combo is simply just crazy and my damage is through the roof I feel.

However the POH build really first shine when you have the full setup, the 4 auras reserved gems (wrath, haste, skitter, temp chain and clarity if u got watchers eye for it)

How to get only Lightning Risen Vaal Advocate?

How to get only Lightning Risen Vaal Advocate?

This is the data I got on Risen Vaal Advocate (RVA) - Lightning.
https://poedb.tw/us/mon.php?n=Risen+Vaal+Advocate

This is what I do, and strictly follow the steps if you want to guarantee a correct RVA:

1) As per the url above, they are found at a Vaal Outpost in delve. So make sure you delve till you find one, and complete 1 of the Outposts will do. (This is by far the easiest method and it allows you to directly teleport to that delve node in future if you want to respawn them)

2) Just teleport to the Vaal Outpost node and desecrate. Desecrate works by spawning any of the monsters that exists in the area you are at. Do a couple of times till you get an RVA corpse on the floor, and use "A" to hover over the corpse to find it. (At this point the RVA's element is still unknown as it is a generic corpse)

3) While hovering over the RVA, Cast Raise Spectre and see what has been raised. (Refer to the pointers below if you don't know how to properly raise a Spectre)

4) How do I know if it is a lightning RVA? Refer to the url:

Credits to the user tyrielgrand for these life-saving pictures

5) If you didn't get the correct one, take out your Raise Spectre gem and put it back to kill your RVA. Then repeat. I've tried as many as 20 times before getting the correct lightning one.

6) IMPORTANT: Just raise ONE correct lightning RVA will do and go back to hideout. (If you attempt to raise another, you will screw the RVA up by having example: 1 lightning RVA and 1 fire RVA).

7) Go to your waypoint and head over to the Templar Laboratory at Oriath to desecrate and raise the remaining RVA corpses. The RVAs will ALL be lightning. (DO NOT attempt to desecrate and raise an RVA at your hideout. This will cause wrong RVAs or other corpses to spawn, and somehow over time your RVA corpse disappears)

Some pointers to take note:
- Remove spell echo from your Raise Spectre links
- If you're using a wand with the mod "Trigger a socketed spell when you use a skill", remember to shift desecrate to another socket, and remove flesh offering as well if it is in the wand (Flesh offering basically destroys our corpses shortly after using any spells due to the mod)
- If you're using Pledge of Hands, refer to the main guide by Kay on how to summon with a secondary wand.

I'd also suggest feeding frenzy over deathmark for general mapping, the aggressive helps.

I didnt notice a remarkable difference between using feeding frenzy or not.
So i agree using it on another minion for the passive 10% boost plus another gem on spectres.

Unfortunately I'm pretty starved for gem links with v2 wand/shield build and I find myself not marking enemies with Deathmark unless it is a boss, and everything under a T16 boss dies immediately anyway.

And so far the deadliest things have been random Blight nukes lol

Wanted to share this iteration of the passive tree. It moves a couple of nodes around, but ends up with notably more ES, 6 total jewel socks, and some block while giving up a little bit of minion damage to get all that stuff, which this build already has plenty of.

It demands a lot of money be spent on optimizing stats and resists on your gear, but I think it ends up being the most optimal way to build the tree assuming you can out-spend your resist problems.

The tree is at level 98, and the last 2 points can either be spent on Arcane Focus or Arcane Will - or my preference would be to get an Intuitive Leap and slot it on the witch jewel socket, allowing you to pick up Enigmatic Defense and Mystic Bulwark.

In order to enable all this and still run skitterbots in the v2 iteration of the build, you would have to spend your annointment on Charisma, that should get you JUST enough mana reservation reduction to run the full build. If that's not enough, you can always get 1% addition reservation reduction with corrupted jewels, or even a conqueror's efficiency to get the right amount of mana reservation needed.

If you aren't using a staff, you can move the block nodes from the left side of the tree to necromantic aegis and go that way, you end up with an extra point to spend, but less total defense. (though it's possible to get a 7th jewel socket at level 100 by pathing down through Harrier with this build, you have to give up some life somewhere on the tree, but you can easily make that up with the jewel itself).

Hey, I was wondering, is it a problem to have added elemental damage on 1 or several piece of armor ?
Will it fuck up EE ?

Also how do I recognize Fossil-crafted boots ? And what are the advantage of those ?

Thanks

Hey Folks!

can some of You, experts give a look to mine build (trully followed)

--->https://pastebin.com/4BS8vXck

got really pure dps per spectre. And i cant figure out what i am missing, not bad eq, trigger wand, good connection with skills. Whats wrong Folks?
There are some confusing and conflicting description about 6-link raise spectre in "Pledge of Hands" build.
Sometime ago, you recommended feeding frenzy + concentrated support in mapping and switching "feeding frenzy" to "deathmark support" for boss.
Now, in the weapon link section, you changed to using deathmark + faster casting support for mapping and switching faster casting to concentrated effect.
How are you guys able to use wrath, haste and skitterbord? That's a total of 135% mana reserved.
