btw, what's you guys' mapping setup? I'm testing to max my speed by using wither step to have elusive always on (~30-40 speed), flesh offering (24% speed) and it's surprising okay as nothing lives in face of my spectres anyway lol

I dont have enough luxury to switch to the Harbinger belt but I guess it would be even faster?

Edit: Fck it, league is ending anyway, I switched to the Torrent belt and it feels sooooo great. The only downside is that I need to use Commander of Darkness again, lazy to upgrade res gears...

I like phase run instead of withering step because withering has 'blink' tag so it shares cooldown with flamedash/dash. You can link phase run + inc duration + second wind.

I tried Phase Run and found it a bit tricky to use. It prevents pressing any other skill, and I tend to cast convo or sometimes brand, during mapping so as to let the minions position themselves (as they cannot keep up with 200% movement speed anyway).

Withering Step does not have this problem, with shorter cooldown, grants similar speed and also grants phasing. It also gives withered grants a minor dps increase since the spectres do a little chaos damage themselves!
