Hi, first of all, thanks a lot for the build. I have a question about the pure spectres version: the cluster jewel with lightning damage, assuming that doesnt affect to minion damage, i dont know why we want to use it. is only for "overshock" and "vengeful commander"? why dont use cjewels with minion damage? Thanks a lot for response, and sorry for the bad english (not native language)

Don't know how to link gear-too old and stupid maybe.
Can someone check the helm equipped to Daryl_as_always in standard. I would think the spell damage is useless but i was wondering is there a spectre that casts spells who would benefit? Thanks. |

" The "socketed spells do 30% more elemental damage" on your helm will effect spectres (if your spectre gem is socketed in your helm ofc!). And actually most spectres do elemental damage, there are very few that do only physical. So any of the good spectres like Redemption Sentry/Knight and Slave Drivers will benefit from it. However, if you are talking about the mods on your helm "adds x-x damage to spells", than no, that will NOT effect spectres, no matter where you put the spectre gem. Those mods will only effect your spells, not your spectres' spells. Looking at your gear, I see you are primarily a zombie build, so I'm not sure if you are just asking a question in general, or are you wanting to add damage spectres to your build? With that helm, even with the 30% more elemental damage, you wont get that much damage from spectres. It would be better to have a 6-link, or else get a better crafted helm (pseudo 7-link). Even then I still dont think your spectres would do that much damage, they still need so much other requirements (like level 25 spectre gem, auras, etc) to make then damage dealers. So for your build in particular, stick with zombies with just support spectres, or switch to 100% pure spectre build, but don't try to do both. But if your question was just a general question, than I hope I was able to answer it. :) |

For spectres and spiders septre weapon, what is best element to go with for spell damage and why? I have added fire damage at the moment. Also does the added damage to spells not affect redemption knights but could affect something like snowcaller?
