Careful guys, just ripped my lv21 AG (Kingmaker, Mask, % ES Chest, southbound, regen enchant boots) to Caer Blaidd bosses or something in that map. Dunno for sure, maybe it's Death & Taxes boss degen? Just that after I completed my tour of unique maps (no HoGM of course), he's simply disappeared already.
Summon new ones already and this time I ensure that he capped res and chaos too. " Yeah, almost died once to vaal boss but completed all though PITA challenges with ease. |

" Here's a non-cluster version of Kay's that will get you into red maps, and be able to start making some chaos. Things you'll want to upgrade before hitting cluster jewels are a +1 spectre chest, +1 minion wand, and balanced resists while using profane proxy with skitterbots. " Unfortunately AG just relies on regen to stay alive, so it can die easily to big degen and big crits. (Don't use AG in delve 500+!) I use a defensive AG with Sin Eater now though. Works pretty well and is cheap so you don't want to cry when it dies :P I posted about it a few weeks ago... but lost in the pages. " Thanks for the reply ! To be honest, i'm a bit lost with all those PoB settings, some things are activated, others aren't. However, I already have a +1 spectre chest, +1 minion wand, etc., almost everything from the base build. From what i've seen on your PoB you have 572k DPS with solar guard, right ? With my current build i have about 187k DPS, is it possible to link my PoB so you can see what i should focus on right now ? thanks ! PS : I'm doing t14s at the moment, i'm not really struggling but i haven't tested t15-16 or big bosses for now. edit : t16s are starting to be a bit hard, i'm not dying that much, but speed clear is a bit slow and some bosses are tough ... " Pick up a Thread of Hope (medium version) and place it Jewel slot next to Mystic Bulwark, so you can pick up Ravenous Horde, Cruel Preparation, and Heart and Soul without pathing to them. The points you free up, use them to get Redemption for more minion attack speed. Unending Hunger is a great jewel, although it doesn't translate over in PoB it's highly worth it for specters. Put it where your Kraken Jewel is Look into some Ghastly Jewels that have the increase minion damage when use a minion skill and increase minion attack/cast speed when they've killed. If you're using solar guards switch the curse to flammability I'm not sure why you're putting points into Endurance Charges, you can probably take those passives off and use them to get to Spiritual Command. The trick with skitterbots is to use them to apply a curse, which you need to use with the Profane Proxy ring. Put the curse gem in Profane Proxy and they do their thing. |

" Like Kay said, it's usually degen that kills him, but he can also die from sustained damage. No matter how high his HP, if he stays inside the degen or keeps taking sustained damage, he will die. Even Redemption Sentries can die to those things too. The best way to keep AG alive is to constantly use convocation to keep him out of danger. Meat shield will also help a lot since he will stay close to you, and usually you aren't standing in death zones :) Meat shield also allows for his other buffs (like from kingmaker) to stay on you. However, it does usually mean that his buffs wont effect your spectres, and also causes problems if you are trying to use him for feeding frenzy too. Basically there is nothing you can do to guarantee that AG will stay alive, it's just not possible. But those are a few ideas that will help. Personally, I gave up to AG, just too much hassle. |
