[3.15] Fivers Frost Blades Raider (Outdated)

Guide is updated for 3.14


So, there aren't really any changes in terms of itemization etc.
The build is getting a nerf with the changes to frost bomb and vengeful commander. Not sure how big of an impact that will have (the changes to frost bomb are pretty significant).
That remains to be seen I guess.

I wonder if Avatar of the Veil's superior perma-exposure is just better now, especially if you can use the frost bomb link for something that gives you dps

I'm planning to run this build but with Veil and with Hextouch+Frostbite replacing the CoC+FrostBomb gems. Not sure if that's a good idea, but it'll be fun to experiment with.

Yes replace veil for chase why not more deff more dmg why not ^^ and i think hex+frostbite why not i test it to .^^
