Suffice it to say that continual use of certain drugs leads to mental breakdowns, some temporary and some semi-permanent. A person with a healthy mind can end up being schizophrenic. A person with a bright outlook and positive self image can end up depressed and suicidal. The hallucinations, mental lapses and disconnect from reality are part and parcel of continued usage of mind altering substances. Drugs are a very bad thing. If people could see what really happens to people that continue using certain drugs - and I mean see with a video of them at their worst moments, they would be scared out of ever experimenting with them. Imagine that you can no longer pee at age 28, because your kidneys are so thrashed by drugs that your eGFR (estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate) is less than 10. Everything you eat or drink will be poison to your body without getting Dialysis three days a week for the rest of what will be a short life. Even with dialysis, foods like cheese can cause phosphate levels to become too high leading to muscle cramps, nausea, and possible seizures (Dialysis isn't effective at removing phosphorous), Imagine your feet or hands, pink shiny and puffed up up like some balloon animal, aching with pain and filled with infectious fluids that can easily lead to sepsis and death if they leak into the blood stream. Imagine being 32 years old and having heart valves eaten up (cocaine begins dissolving heart valves and cartilage among other things) so weak that trying to tie your shoes leaves you gasping for air. Now imagine that you are watching a police officer holding down a man who knocked down a lady while stealing her purse. The man has eyes that are darting everywhere and screaming that the CIA is torturing him. The man is yelling that snakes are raping him right now. The man is covered in his own poop and he starts shouting out biblical verses, half imagined legal fictions, and asking if the officer can hear the supernova. If you were experiencing a personal supernova at the time of dropping off the car and the CIA was torturing you with snakes, you might not be in the right frame of mind to do anything correctly. The truth is often stranger than fiction. Nothing in the account seems outlandish for someone who was messed up on drugs at the time. Whether that someone was young Biden, or whether it was some "friends" who took the car back is unknown. Given Biden's previous history, it isn't all that improbable. If the story was about Joe Biden, who is reportedly a tee-totaller, then I would have serious doubts. If Biden had been running for president and this report was made during that time (instead of in October of 2016, when he wasn't running, and the report wasn't leaked) then I would be more skeptical. I'm sure the story will surface again, and someone will get ahold of Breitbart's source or disprove it. Then we will know more. That's my logic on my take, and I'm sticking to it.
