For leveling purposes, especially since this won't be your starter build in a fresh league, it's better to go for DPS+ life instead of just life. You don't level with RF anyway, so no need for much regen early on.

You can take both EE and EO as soon as possible, helps with leveling and for bosses.

What about pantheon gods? Which do you recommend taking?

i've just speed leveled this kind of build which is very good and now im lvl 67 running a shaped oasis rare map lvl 74 and can make those mobs into trash works like a charm lol.

i dont have kaoms but i recommend this boots

ill just buy kaoms in future

Oh, I completely forgot about those, thanks for reminding me! Take Soul of Arakaali + Soul of Tukohama. Both are good for reducing RF degen and boosting survivability in general. Adding this to the guide.
