The shield/belt are just there for more ES/DMG, they aren't essential to the build. You can play around however you like.

Malachai's is not very good. Just get a high ES shield, on standard it should be pretty cheap for one.

Doryani's is okay, but a ok crystal belt would outshine it greatly.

Is there a leveling tree for the new patch?

I'm in love with Inevitable Judgement. Is possible to use it with Pious Path? Or Instrument of Virtue have to much value?

Not really, if you can wait till HOTM's are on the market then just grab that and path to life/intelligence.

Inevitable judgement gives us little value, we rarely critical strike, and when we do they don't deal any extra damage (because of elemental overload). In essence it's just a ele 10% penetration node, which is not worth it compared to the other two.

If you want you can try building a crit based version of the build.

If you can grab a HOTM, just build towards int/life near the main path with as much int on gear as you can get.

If not, good luck!

Is it possible to make it low life with shavs? What to change then?
