For the league starting/budget build, it seems like the only way to prevent being stunlocked is to use kiara's. Am I missing something or is that the case? Grab the Brine King pantheon, can't be stunned if you've been stunned in the past 2 seconds, all the videos are me using that pantheon power. You wont really notice stun after that.
