never really played ES. Maybe that's why i never reach LVL 90 in 5 or 6 years lol

Yep. 350 is just fine .

Again why you are starting with top-tier unique armour, which is not affordable at the first week if not lucky get drop-by-yourself?

P.S. I got my first and only shavrone drop in prophecy league, almost 5 years of playing PoE.

Hi, I think you missed a few things:
-Added hybrid prefix that adds a second life affix (see the rare chest piece with 154 life
-Pantheon system and other expected changes (reflect and volatiles) will give love to all builds.
And now 900es regalias will SKYROCKET to mars! Good job... Balances? More like killing something again. You know what you really should kill? ALL DAMN LEGACY ITEMS. ALL OF THEM.

Who will "benefit" from all nerfes? Streamers and people who have enough freetime to play this game 24/7. Who will be raped the most? The more or less "casual" players who have a job and can't invest this much time into 1 game. (Much like with your Beta-Testers :))) )
I'm not quite sure these changes address the fundamental problem(s).

As far as I can tell there are two problems:
- Vaal pact is way too strong/broken (especially combined with a high ES pool)
- Its way to hard to get a "good" life pool.

I suggest that Vaal Pact gets change to:
- 100-150% more "Maximum Life Leech Rate" (so base goes from 20% to 40%-50%)
- 50-80% less "Life regeneration"
- Life Leech effects are not removed at Full Life
- ~50%-75% less "Leech"

Life nodes:
- All or most get an additional percentage point (so 4->5, 5-6 etc).
- Nodes behind blood magic gets changes to MORE or get their value doubled.
- Life per level is increased between 1 to 3 points (currently its 12 per level).

With this you would get meaningful combat. As in you have enough eHP to actually take a beating, but eventually you will have to make a choice between "Do I keep dps'ing an risk dying to a big hit, or do I disengage and recover my eHP pool".

Right now its, well I have enough eHP so I cant die as long as I do damage.

Still sane exile?
