Is it worth using Arc now after the buffs to it for single target? So it ends up being Discharge conc arc, or maybe Discharge ele focus arc? With the extra chain from mjolner I believe Arc chains 8 times at level 20, so it has 8*15% more damage as is now added to the Arc gem.

" That needs to be perhaps checked. Second support to Discharge adds about 30k per discharge in a final build so thats about 120k more dps. While Arc on its own was doing around 15k per hit so thats 60k dps on average with lvl 21 gem before the buffs. So now if we are talking double of that than maybe it will be worth it as arc generates charges for discharge to. To be certain dps check must be conducted. The best one is T16 Minotaur facetank while recording the video. Than at playback the one must count actual time taken to kill (only those periods count when player character was actually dealing damage). Building up to this build atm saving for voll's to really get started.
So far I like Ark and would be glad to include it when I switch to discharge. I'm actually quite optimistic, as it should add another power charge to every discharge, and in this process give another chance to gain max charges through Inna's as well. This would rule out conc effect as support for it only benefiting discharge. EF and CD both prevent ignite. EF has 5% more damage and helps with overload uptime, CD just adds marginally more power charges through romira's. Cyclone alone without investment in critical strike chance will not generate 100% EO uptime, so Elemental Focus is set as support. (I was playing RF jugg last season with cyclone as movement skill, and crit below 15% is just not sufficient to guarantee EO over the long run) Last edited by Nephalon#2199 on Jun 6, 2018, 7:07:24 AM

Hmm, TFU should be available this league, but doesn't it screw up a bit our attack speed with Harbringer of Time ?
If I understand your explanation correctly about APS we should never have more than 4.7 aps with a perfect 20% cd recovery speed TFU. |
