[3.10] Bashtart's SPARK INQUISITOR * farming like a god! :)
|
Hi guys,
I'm currently doing better and having more fun with this build than I've ever had in POE before so thanks for the great build Bash, I'm now doing the mapping trying to get out of low-tier maps ;) There is one thing I'm still confused about though in the build and that is the herald/aura setup - are you running 2 auras at the same time? So is that Wrath and Herald of Thunder simultaneously? And you mention to change to Arctic Armour for bosses - so which auras would you then have active - HoT and AA or Wrath and AA? My char's pretty much a shameless clone of Bash's, ha ha I'm not very original :D That Bisco's Leash rampage belt is totally awesome though, so much fun I think I will be very reluctant to part with it - almost got a 1000 kill streak the other night, makes you feel awesome when you're on a roll. Also it helps me to break my OCD noob habits of slowly clearing and collecting everything and just charge through slaughtering things more like a pro player :P By the way that link to the old guide on power leveling you posted Bash was a great help to me too though I got distracted doing the temple runs along the way so still ended up taking too much time and being over-leveled by endgame. Also some of this gear like Inpulsa's and the Watcher's Eye jewel are really expensive so does anyone know of some good tips or links to a great general guide on how to earn quickly - I know about the Chaos recipe and I've been trying to chance things like Glorious Plate and gold amulets, also I read Bash's tip on farming Spider Forest for good divination cards. I only just realized the other night that you can't add quality to vaal skill gems so spent most of my existing chaos buying 20 quality vaal spark and BV gems close to my current level. |

" Mana reservation is depend on taste: HoI & HoT: great for clear speed, atm Inuse this setup in 3.3 Wrath: best for boss dps AA: great for additional damage mitigation but I kinda always on the move so it helps not too much I guess |

Ah thanks Bash :)
I will try that combo out then - I think clarifying that bit in the guide would be helpful as you use a '/' slash in the aura setup part of the guide which to me is unclear as to whether it's the case of 'and' or 'or'. I just got the Intuitive Leap jewel and the Dreamer node so have plenty of mana and regen to run them. I did try running wrath and HoT together for a while but it only leaves me with a small slice of mana to work with. It did seem to work though because the regen is so fast especially with the mana leech on gloves. I will try the HoT/HoI combo tonight as that leaves me with more mana I am sure. |

" Atm I am working on a full video guide I hope that this will answer most questions. I should finish it inbthe next few days :) |

Hello once again. I have another question. Why acrobatics and phase acrobatics? Is it necessary?

Ah great, thanks Bash for the new video! :)

" As always, really awesome video guide there. thanks, man, for all efforts you've put in for this build. I'm not really experienced with Templar. I tried to follow your lvling in Incursion league, based on info in the OP. However, i don't feel quite smooth after lvl 30. W/o "Potency of Will", BV disappeared very quickly. Wondering how others lvled your spark inquisitors, thanks. |

Build worked out so far, amazing speed. I just found some Voidwalkers, so I already have Pierce. Is there any obvious choice for a nice support gem to replace pierce in my gloves now? Didnt find anything in the last 10 pages.
Also found a nice Amulet, will it carry me long enough until I farmed my exalts for choir of the storm or should I look for a cheap Substitution? |
