all in all an easy fight, if you can dodge stuff

I really recommend using the 'numlock trick' for leapslam, which makes it attack in place all the time, meaning your character won't try to move to X before leaping, but will leap instantly instead, that goes for most movement skills and some attacks/spells.

Congrats to your Shaper kill. :)

There are a few ways to get away from his slam attack, with high movement speed, just running around will allow you to move out of his landing zone. With Faster Attack linked to Leap Slam, you will be able to perform multiple leaps in a short period of time and leap out of his landing zone too.

And if you want to tank his slam like a boss, you can check out the video listed in the guide on how a player did it.

I'm pretty sure i would have died many many times without it haha, it delays the leap and screws up pretty bad, i always play with Attack in place 'toggled' now, makes all characters gameplay feel more responsive.

Loving this build. Just finished Cruel Lab at L55.

Just wanted to give a gem recommendation for endgame/bosses in general: Vaal Breach

Will proc Headsman (20% more dmg), on-kill effects on boots if you have any, Frenzy charges (Blood Rage) and help with flask charges, and likely to get Onslaught from a rare as well, it's pretty damn strong!
Though on Chimera/Shaper/Uber it might not be that great, for mapping and Mino/Phoenix/Hydra it can help tremendously with burst damage.

Stopped being a jew and invested some money on 'budget gg rings', pretty nice dps increase!

Hi! First of all many thanks for this guide, it is very clear and comprehensive including a lot of custom options. I was playing a wander but due to the vaal pact nerf I would like to go with this build in the Abyss league. Is it a good league starter? I know a lot of things without proper patch notes are speculative but would you recommend this playing in the Abyss league?
