Starting my third league, since I went into exile from not so good game^^.
Reading the notes brings a lot of good ideas, what I would like to try in breach league. This will be awesome.

Free respec comes with all major patches.
This was mainly meant for shutting down Wormblaster builds as it was slowing down servers.

So now it takes 60 seconds to charge up my vinktars with master surgeon. Thank you GGG for ruining countless builds again :))
