The community seems to be quite torn on what it wants. The last days the forum was flooded with threads à la:

"Make PoE hard again, remove faceroll builds from the country, bring back the good old hardcore days." -Donald T.

Now that they actually nerf some of those faceroll builds people start complaining they want them back. Not sure it is even possible to satisfy everyone.

I am also not sure why people think there is no build variety. You can find tons of what I would call Tier 2 builds on the forums, close behind Cospris CoC or BV Pathfinder. Those builds all have good clearspeed and can take on any content the game has to offer. They just - you know - require you to maybe dodge a big fat telegraphed attack every now and then or move out of the 50 monster pack hitting you.

Why do they absolutely destroy every CoC in existence instead of nerfing discharge to the ground? It was a really fun "class" of builds and the only overpowered skill within it has always been discharge.

That's some blatant ivory tower stuff, these devs clearly don't play their game whatsoever.

Why are you destroying CoC again? Rip cospri's malice, rip mjolner. Cast on crit - it's the thing that makes this game special. And for what? Balance, the said. Balancing the game, where 95-99% gamers play solo.... ve got even nothing to say, ty GGG

Oh cool my build got a buff - like expceted, since its not copy-pasted from forum like tons of people here that got nerfed :P

Its not the fact that GGG did everything perfect, because I dont think they did, its the fact that people are like lost lambs when their tried and true OP researched builds arent as powerful anymore so they cant figure out what to do. Its hilarious. If they actually spent time figuring out the game they could make viable builds. Look at Mathil, he has definately done some OP builds, but he makes a lot of his own builds and makes them work. I mean Wild Strike wasnt top tier lol.

I made a wildstrike character its honestly my best so far, but i dont ever hear anyone complaining about it. People just need to actually learn how to play the game rather than crying when someone else isnt telling them how to play it.

How can you nerf Cospri and mjo to be same same 250ms? Cospri you have to crit with to fire, Mjo on hit. In practice, cospri is nerfed even harder than mjo which is overnerfed in the first place. Just delete discharge is you dont like it.
