So uh... I bought a 2c wand that literally deals 3x more damage than Priscator, and it only has 189 edps. Can someone explain why's that? I'm only level 66, character is public if you wanna take a look. Name is RgkKB

" That means, u dont have enoufh flat ele dmg to profit from piscator and also crit multi in your Wand, im sure you're lacking in crit multi so it gives you much more, suffixes are op. Go one page back to my post and check my wand, that wand atm gives me more dmg than the triple t1 and penetration wand being mirrored in Bestiary. |

Is there any reason to chose a rare wand over a piscator's with culling strike?
Seems like a rare wand would have to be close to mirror tier to beat out culling piscator's, and at that kind of price point investing in an OP double/triple Wrath watcher's eye would be better? |

Hello Guys,
i would like to introduce something different to this post about the content you are doing with this build. Kinetic blast benefits more from indoor maps due to the fact that you can use the walls to increase your damage. So what map are you guys farming for your different objectives aka XP / Currency making ? I heard a lot of hype about underground sea , toxic sewers and arachnid tombs, even if i still farm burial chambers for currency. But i'm curious what you guys are doing about Atlas strategy : Elder ring? Map Tier ? How you substain it |

" it seems weird to me, but probably you need more flat lightning damage on gear to make piscator's stronger. the wand you're using lacks lightning damage and attack speed, and piscator's offers a 5% elemental penetration which doesn't show you in the tooltip. piscator's is nearly as good as a mirror tier wand since abyss jewels came out, and you'll probably want to switch to it later |

Ppl keep getting the idea that piscator is as good as a mirror wand cuz most mirror wands are shit triple t1 flat ele etc and pen.
At no point in my build was a perfect piscator better than a wand with nice rolls of flat ligh/crit/multi/atk spd i dare anyone go to their pob and craft a true mirror wand (just for giggles) with: -t1 flat light -t1 light dmg -t1 wed -t1 crit -t1 multi -t1 atk spd now look at your dmg.. hell, just go to my profile and input my shit wand in your build and let me know how it compares with your piscator. Dont get me wrong piscator is great and can do all content, its not as good as a "gg" rare wand, non of that triple t1 flat dmg shit. But, yeah i guess ppl are right, if what you're comparing is piscator vs those mirror triple t1 flat dmg wands with no multi than yeah Piscator is on par. " I don't recommend it at all for HC. It may not be a glass-cannon build, but being reliant on evasion/dodge with a so little life pool (5000-5500 range) you still risk a lot against potential one-shots. " many people (me included) still chooses piscator's since even a good/perfect rolled one it's still way cheaper than a god tier wand; this is because of the new abyss jewels that add flat damage, and scale very well with the roll on piscator's. the average poe player never seen a mirror in his life and even a rich guy could not have enough currency to buy a mirrored wand. of course piscator will never be as good as a mirrored wand, but realistically speaking, players will likely clear the content without that mirrored wand. last league I had enough currency and made the most significant upgrades I could do for my build, and therefore I've searched for a better wand than piscator's. on the market there were lots of wands priced in various exalts, with tier 1 stats etc. etc. but none of them beaten my top rolled piscator's on path of building, except for the mirrored wand from this thread. As i said the one i have right now gives more dmg than the 399edps with pen being mirrored in bestiary.
