Few things,
1. You have a biscos. Not sure if you bought this or found it. If found, sell it for bank, fund the rest of the build.

2. You are not running aoe. You should use Tornado shot/lightning arrow instead of barrage.
-Lightning Arrow - Pierce - GMP - Elemental damage - added lightning - added cold

3. You dont have bow crit nodes. There is 2 really good clusters for leveling.
