Well i change my question then....

What are the min requirements to get this build going? up to tier 10 and then up to t16?

I hate doing "league starter builds" just too farm and then do another char.......

I always do one char for the league 90+ and then only some more who barrely reach lvl 90 and never get rly nice gear cause i am too lazy :(.
But that build looks kinda like this build i always wanted....CI / Bow. So any possibility to get it going as a starter build without too huge problems? :)

I'd say it's not for you. Does it work on a budget? Yes. But it doesn't excel as well as other builds on a budget. The amazing part of this build is that it can increase so exponentially with the more investment you put into it and that's why a lot of people enjoy it, I think.

Anyone have any ideas on how these 2 new cold conversion nodes, totaling 40% conversion at the cost of 3 passive skill points may change this build? Just curious and intrigued by the new addition

Not sure why you want that? Signal Fire alreacy converts 50% to Fire and Lightning Arrow converts the other 50%, there's no more Phys damage to convert. Plus, you want Lightning to leech from Vinktars.

its a matter of taste, slower projectiles gives slightly better dps(the more auras you use the better it gets, without auras there is almost no difference) but sometimes some arrows might miss due to barrage spread. i prefer added fire for example if you have some fast. projectiles investment slower projectiles spread becomes lower, you can pick whatever you want. the difference is not huge.

Hi,

Maybe its a stupid question, but i m trying the new set of gems on boots helm and gloves, but i dont understand the mechanism of poacher and curse on it. I link it on my boots, and there is no effect, no frenzy generation or curse at all. Any idea what i fail?
