Thanks for the guide! Super fun, I leveled with cyclone CWC firestorm instead of scorching ray because legion had just come out and cyclone was all of the rage. Boy was that fun to do, try it out.

I have now accidentally done a no-regen map with this build. With a mana on kill mod on my amulet and two good life flasks I managed to clear the map. I got a two socket bubonic trail for my trouble.

Another trick is to keep a pair of "Ralakesh's Impatience" boots (link here: https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Ralakesh%27s_Impatience) in your inventory.

1) Before a boss fight, i.e. before you enter the arena, swap out your current boots and replace with Ralakesh's.
2) Then stand still for a few seconds.
3) Watch how you regenerate endurance charges.
4) Swap back to the boots you are using.
5) Enter the arena.
6) Win (kill the boss!).

Otherwise, I agree with using enduring cry. Especially in maps of course. Also at boss fights, so you can have at least a few (or topped up completely...! if regular mobs spawn, which obviously is good for getting your flask charges up as well).

At what point do you guys go RF? I've been using the scorching ray / firestorm stuff, works pretty well. I dinged 65 and tried going RF (have 82% FR with aura) and i can't out regen RF without my proc from being hit recently. It still works, as long as I can continually kill enemies.
