thanks for the great build. I played it on the ps4 during the synthesis flashback event and it was a lot of fun. I've played SSF and started using RF in act 3. It was pretty difficult to consider when to put it on or off, but i was really helpful to learn how to play it.
I've made it to level 88 shortly after flashback has ended and have just taken a look at the 3.7 skill tree. It's really cool, how this patch has gotten us a couple of "free" skill points to use.
I think you could even make it a little bit better by reallocation 6 transition skills on the upper left side of the skill tree, resulting in:
- 30 INT
+ 20 STR
+ 10% elemental damage

While these changes certainly aren't gamechanging and only for high level chars, when you've got your tree (almost) completed, it might still be worth investing a couple of respec points.

If you're using Scorching Ray and have the Tawhoa ascendancy you can just spam/mash/repeatedly cast SR for the 35% chance to get an Endurance Charge. I have to do this in Uber Lab again Izaro because I can't use Enduring Cry and my charges usually fall off before I can engage him if I don't.

My only problem is that Elemental Overload doesn't procc often enough is there anything wrong with my setup or am i missing something?

Love the build so far, I don't die which was what I was looking for, trying to get to lvl100

Questions about the build :
can shield charge be switched with leap slam ?
Why do you use vortex ? isn't EE applied by shield charge +cold/light on rings, or even with ball lightning
what gem can I use with scorching ray to boost its damage ?
can I add other curses with flammability combo on my 6link ? (like elemental weakness, enfeeble, temporal chains)

other question : what would be my next item to upgrade ?

yes
aoe chill, could use artic breath too i think

burning damage/ele focus/efficacy/infused channeling/controlled destruction/swift afliction/etc, put it into path of building

if you have +1 curse somewhere sure

I switched to RF when I got to act 9, waterways or channel, I forgot the location. Where everyone is farming for Humility. Was around lvl 56 or so.
Regen was just right, even without endurance charges and stone golem active.

Can someone point me in a direction of where to upgrade next?
Except for the obvious lab enchant?
Wanna try UE soon, but not sure if I am ready yet, gear wise?
Perhaps some corrections to skill tree?
