This has to be one of the worst designed races I've ever seen. Arctic is god awful and feels like crap. It's almost painful to play.
Like you add all the cool mods that make it a fast paced, dangerous race and then you slap on a huge bloody RNG speed bump in the form of an AOE degen'ing slow. Like, wtf. Why? Terrible race design, just disgusting.
Those cold spots add nothing to the game, they don't make it harder or more interesting. I am disapointed, it sounded like a cool race, but it was just so boring I did not even bother trying to finish. Hope the other races will be better tought out. |

holy fuck. this was by far the WORST game experience I've had in a long time.
the "fun-level" was somewhere between cancer and AIDS. the mods are terribly bad. but thats not even the point because we knew it beforehand. it's more like the fact, that this shit is unplayable (at least for me). my FPS were even below the fun-levels and I know: my PC is proabably not even close to the high end machines some people run these days. but I should at least be able to play this without heavy lags, fps-drops and whatever. but instead I die to some shitty INVISIBLE ice cloud stuff. Met my end in the Docks to too many cold clouds spawning on me all at once. Activated life flasks and tried to run out of the clouds, nope. Sad I didn't hit 30 for the 2 additional points, Ohh well. |
