CTF Tournament 3v3 - Let's talk about restrictions

Haha, why did you leave out the one I was in.

Good to see that people are finally making a few tournaments themselves..

You can always check my thread to see how i done mine, i do have a tip however and in my opinion you should not try to ban too many things at first so you can build a strong playerbase and interest.

It's way too hard to impose those things as i've tried a lot in my tournaments, we did ban a few things but not very much at first and we we're still getting some goodmatchups no matter what but keep in mind this was 1v1.

You're kinda off on the point that 1v1s are more broken than 3v3s, if you dont put restrictions at the proper places 3v3 will become ALOT more broken than 1v1s if you put up multiple broken builds together.

Aim your bans correctly and personally i dont think ANY ascendancy class should be banned, why ban inquisitor when the problem mostly relies on skills with no t values to beging with, no crit = no res penetration and not everyone has high crit chance. As an exemple my firestorm inquisitor is far more balanced than some skills and other kind of builds out there right now.

Hahaha I didn't think anyone wanted to see a 160second ctf match lol I can up it I guess. We were on the same team and I scored the last one :D

I almost didn't even up the bonus one, but it was pretty good too. Personally, I would like to refrain from posting matches where one team gets absolutely obliterated as it's not interesting to watch.

I didn't see that many issues like I did with iceshot.

There are severe lag issues when all of the minions are about to hit all at once in an already existing cloud. Too much damage for the game to calculate and it often will freeze my screen, then unfreeze with me dead on the ground after a biG loud BANG! sound. hahaha

It was a lot of fun, even if i only did two matches. When teams are evenly spread we can definatly have a lot of competitiveness and lasting.

Basically to have good matchups you need a tanky rusher, a dps middleman and flag defender.

I didnt expect my firestorm to be that good at defending, its gonna make me change my setup a bit for next games that we do !

Def shows we can have balanced matches in pvp reguarless of the meta, this is a lot more fun than 1v1.

Edit: I think I just figured out how to have both audio streams while using Windows Movie Maker, which is a free program. I think I got the audio all adjusted too, so I might update this link later witha music + game audio version and see if you guys like it better.
