at which point is the awakening level of Sirus determined? Lets say i defeted all four conquerors and i could talk to Zana to open his portal. Right before opening the portals?

Enemies chilled by your hits are shocked.


How does this interaction work with Beacon of Ruin?

Are shocks applied through cold conduction still applied via hits?


Will i still get the minimum shock effect bonus of Bor?

Ignites you inflict spread to other enemies within a radius of 15.

Do modifiers to area of affect also affect this radius?

With the changes to ignites, many modifiers no longer apply to the magnitude of the burn.

However, ignites that are inflicted with hits should benefit from hit modifiers correct?

After going through the wiki, it seems that modifiers to hits besides critical will amplify the magnitude of the burn.

But, "As an ailment, modifiers to attack, spell, melee, and ranged damage will not apply to ignite, nor will damage modifiers that are only applicable to the skill itself."

What if an ignite was inflicted, with burning arrrow (a hit). What modifiers will increase the burn damage as a result of that hit?

- Projectile damage (increased, bow damage, projectile damage)

- Hit modifiers such as, Intimidate which cause enemies to take 10% increased damage

- Attack modifiers such as, more and less (specifically with LMP and GMP)

if i have elemental conflux buff and secret of suffering,

can i still inflict ignite, chill and shock?


Does the Small Cluster Notable "Peace Amidst Chaos" work with Flicker Strike?
Is 'Debuffs on you expire (20-15)% faster while affected by Haste' mod from Watcher's Eye considered a reduced duration or less duration?

Neither.
Faster|slower expiration modifiers work differently than increased|reduced and more|less duration modifiers, but effectively, it's pretty much guarenteed that they interact multiplicatively with each other.
Concrete example with a 10 sec original duration:
50% reduced|less duration -> 10*(1-0.5) -> 5 sec final duration
expires 50% faster -> 10*1/(1+0.5) -> 6.67 sec final duration
50% reduced|less duration & expires 50% faster -> 10*(1-0.5)*1/(1+0.5) -> 3.33 sec final duration
