Mark won't get to your question for... a while. He's working through an enormous backlog that is probably neither increasing nor shrinking.

It says on the gem its capped, but at what amount is it capped? and why does the quality of the spectre gem add movement speed? And for the tokuhoma vanguards why doesnt the movement speed affect the turning of the totem's head? or am i blind
Why do ppl always have barrage in their Kinetic Blast build ?
Skill says bow! Im confused :p
Edit: Seem like I only see bow on forum but it work with wands.

That would mean then adding this quality gem to a specific slot with Cast on Death spells doesnt necesseraly mean it gets even added (when that very spell of all of those, doesnt land the KB).. so you can just skip that gem? Hey..
How exactly does charge generation work per skill use?

I have a Scion with Ancestral Bond and Assassin and will only receive 1 Power Charge per cast (Ball Lightning). If I add a PCoC I will also get no more than 1 Power Charge, so apparently a skill itself can only grant one charge per use.

There seem to be certain items that can bypass this, such as Voll's Protector and Oro's Sacrifice, but I am a little bit confused on how this works with Terminus Est.
So here are just some questions I'd like to know since I can't test them atm.

1) Can a Raider with "Way of the Poacher" also generate no more than one charge per skill use?

2) Terminus generates one charge per use, even with multistrike. Since it's an item effect (like Oro/Voll's), does it allow to generate two Frenzy Charges per skill use?

I.e.:
a) Will a crit with Frenzy result in two Charges?
b) Will a crit and a Way of the Poacher proc result in one or multiple Charges?

You are correct I've always found that to be very odd about specter's as well. On the gem itself it say's they have capped movement speed, but once you quality the specter gem you do realize they move a little faster.

The reason the Quality on a specter gem does not increase the Turn rate of their totem's is because that depend's on cast rate not the movement speed of a specter. If you really want to improve the turn rate of vanguards use this jewel:
Unending Hunger
Minions have (6-8)% increased Area of Effect of Area Skills
With at least 40 Intelligence in Radius, Raised Spectres have a 20% chance to gain Soul Eater for 30 seconds on Kill

Grants 1% increased Character Size to aura owner on death (Hidden)
Grants 5% increased Attack Speed to aura owner on death (Hidden)
Grants 5% increased Cast Speed to aura owner on death (Hidden)
Grants 5% increased Damage Reduction to aura owner on death (Hidden)

Because your vanguards are stacking soul's 1 to each specter, you will notice while blitzing the map the turn rate from the start of the map and while blitzing the map it ramps up then back down since the souls last for 30's then ramps back up again as the collect more souls.

Would divining a ring with the crafted %ES mod remove the mod or reroll it in the range that it had before?
How does spell echo work with shock?

Yes, in general.

The mechanic of "skill repeats" Is that one skill use causes two casts. Two casts means you can hit twice. Hitting twice means one must precede another, which means the second one can benefit from the first one's Shock.
