The modifier still exists with its normal value range, it just cannot be newly-acquired. Divines will reroll in the usual range - I've been there done that already.

My character has two Blasphemy-supported curses active, but no source of "enemies can have an additional curse". A monster is in range of both blasphemies. What determines which curse affects the monster?
- Order in which I activate the curses? - Position of the curse gem (item, specific socket)? - Radius of the two blasphemies? - Other? The goal would be to have a Warlord's Mark with a large radius to provide leech, and an Enfeeble with a smaller radius to protect against melee mobs. I would like monsters within Enfeeble radius to be affected by Enfeeble, not WM. Is there a way to guarantee this? Also, is there a way (within the forums, Google, or other) to search this thread specifically for keywords? " My favourite way of searching for answers is using Google with site:pathofexile.com added into the query. Looks like the posts I found were wrong.
" This produced the most consistent results. The oldest activated curses were the preferred ones, even when it went against the trigger link order, and after zoning out and back in again.

" Before 3.0, this was always tripping up new players, as there was no specific rule that was well-known or well-described within the game to explain it. With 3.0, though, Support Gems clearly describe what active skill gems they are able to support in teal text: Right under the required level/attributes, but above the stats granted to supported skills, you can read the text "Supports melee attack skills that are not triggered." Dark Pact skill gem and damage scaling
Description is: "Deals (20-201) to (30-301) Chaos Damage Sacrifices 6% of Skeleton's Life to deal that much Chaos Damage" My question is, does any kind of increased or more spell damage multiplier affect both sources of damage, or just flat chaos damage? Exactly second row:"Sacrifices 6% of Skeleton's Life to deal that much Chaos Damage", does only chaos damage multipliers increase that part of damage or there can be any source like Controlled Destruction, Iron Will support any spell damage multiplier from tree? |

Dark Pact deals entirely Spell Area Damage, this includes the Sacrifice-based Damage.

hello everyone!
i noticed the 3.0 shock mechanic change, and i was thinking about using it with the berek unique ring, to leech from shocked enemy. it worked great against monsters. however, i found it impossible to leech from map bosses using this mechanic. i checked Path_of_Exile_Wiki, it says "Increased damage from shock is capped at 50% at 10% of the target's maximum life dealt by Lightning damage, scaling down to 0% at no damage." i wonder if i can shock the Shaper if i only deal 1 lightning damage per cast. In that case, the shock effect would be "0% increased damage taken", does that mean no shock effect at all? |
