Ahh ok thank you, kind of what i was thinking. How about the last 2 ? does the 30% damage really effect gameplay that much or will going for the mana first feel more tanky ?

Mana is only needed once the MoM is kicking in.

This is my first approach to the ED.... This is my first shadow build at all :)
First off - Thanks Ghazzy for this build, is great! Clear speed is aaamazing oO
Bosses are dying slowly, but hey.. You can't have everything!


I have some questions for you:
1. Death's Oath or Cherrubim's Maleficence for best offensive option?
2. Three grand spectrum jewel for more mana or 3 rare with life, max mana and at least one dmg mod??
3. With amulet +1 to curse we combine blasphemy+enfeeble with Vulnerability and stop using Witchfire flask?? Not too much mana is then reserved?

Thanks for the feedback! Awesome you upgraded to skin of the loyal :) Glad to hear the build is doing well at higher gear levels - started to worry when I saw a few people saying they were struggling - but their gear was nowhere near as good as yours.

Will keep working on the build and target gear close to yours!

The build promotes a few different approaches, my personal preference is this:

1) Tabula corrupted with +1 gems or a Skin of the Loyal
2) Rare jewels
3) Enfeeble is top prio for defensive reasons, specially hardcore. However, 2 curses would still promote the use of Witchfire Brew no matter how you get 2 curses.

Ps in the skill tree, a lot of points are used for the manapool instead of spell damage or chaos damage or stuff like that. I noticed that with the equip you have adviced, we'll have a lot of chaos and spell damage, and sooooo little resistances! ive tried to gain some res from rings and amulets but is not enough! i'l change bisco's belt with a full res one for sure, but i don't think is enough, any hints?

Pss how can you use the DEath's Oath without dying xD i've tried it one time and i've almost instakilled myself

Well, Death's Oath is a very niche approach as described in the guide. I personally prefer to run Tabula corrupted with +1 to gems. But that's my preference.
To run DO you'd have to focus on regeneration such as using a Stone Golem to keep up with it. And I believe you will need chaos resistance..?

The rare items you use needs to cap your resistance, if you're having issues with this, then skip the niche things like Bisco's Leash as you already did. And focus on getting higher Res rolls.

Regarding the mana nodes it's to help you sustain the mitigating effect provided by the MoM, however, those are also the nodes you start replacing if you wish to go for another route, such as extra curse or more damage depending on if you're playing hardcore or softcore for example.

There are few different variations, you'd have to elaborate more on how you set it up.
Which chest piece did you decide to use, are you using Empower lvl 3?
Did you route to remove some of the mana nodes to get "Whispers of Doom" and are you using Witchfire Brew flask with that? Did you configure it properly in the PoB? (in the "configuration" tab).

Anyone around have experience with this build in SSF?

Looking to kill guardians at the least. I think it has the potential to get there, but this would be my first ED build so not quite sure.
