Utility Flasks for Ascendancy

These are awesome! However, I have a couple questions/concerns:

1. Energy Shield Flasks: WHEN. ES has seemingly been neglected for a long time and it will fall to the wayside in favor of evasion with a new evasion flask. There needs to be incentive to use ES for something besides CI.

2. Will this change my Surgeon's? I have a whole page of them.
Oh cool, you put out a bunch of new flasks which aren't as powerful as the current unique flasks, so players who choose Pathfinder but are poor don't feel quite so bad about themselves.

That's nice.
When Stephen Colbert was killed by HYDRA's Project Insight in 2014, the comedy world lost a hero. Since his life model decoy isn't up to the task, please do not mistake my performance as political discussion. I'm just doing what Steve would have wanted.
Nice!! I like the changes..
Just to be sure, there will be flasks also for "avoid fire/burning ground" and "avoid light/shocking ground" or this type of flask is just for cold?
Thanks a lot!!
Good job GGG!!
Hi

Are these the final names for the flasks or are they open to be re-named?

Aquamarine flask is just not jiving... the other flasks sound fine, maybe shorten it to just Beryl flask?, that is if y'all want to stick with minerals.

Love all the new flasks, but I need to know if Righterous Fire will have 100% fire resistance or not with flask?

Don't know, maybe with the new increased effect/reduced duration mod..

Just saying, considering nobody uses most utility flasks as it is, adding more could be a waste of time.

+1

the unique flask(s) - esp the Vessel of Immortality flask just makes most other flasks redundant. and basing on recent Rory's interview - GGG doesnt see the issue at all.

and the best part "Pathfinder being broken af is ok, because you have to skillfully press flask keys.." explains what will 2.2 look like better than any manifesto

few notes:

the most important issue is that currently unique flasks are just BETTER than normal flasks so adding more plain bases when we already have 5 unique slots is maybe just maybe a waste of time

+resistance flask. hmm.. ok.. fine. but enduring cry gives 4% all res per charge and charges have longer duration AND higher utility. so who is going to use them?

adding dodge to flasks means that armor/evasion as defense mechanics are continuously being moved into the 'increased stun recovery' status. all these supplementary defense mechanics (dodge/block/AA/EC etc + FLASKS) just dwarf what people using AR/EV are able to get. it is a very expensive way of saying that there is no idea what to do with AR/EV to make it functional WITHOUT these extra layers - when currently these layers work perfectly fine without AR/EV whatsoever

with how powerful flasks are the ability to generate charges without killing enemies divides characters into meh and good groups. do you think that Pathfinder being the obvious choice is a good design? you have to be aware that most ascendancy bonuses other classes get are just jokes compared to what Pathfider flask build will achieve with pretty much no investment? Vessel of Immortality with 100% uptime is JUST THAT - practical immortality. for 1 flask slot and one affix on another flask. i do not think that 'having to press flask key' is high enough price for that

...
oh boy now i need at least 10 slots for potions !:D
In order to get rid of clearspeed meta cap global movement speed at 100% but make all skills instant so everything feels great.

Have you played with it at all? It's not like instaleech to full hp from 1 attack makes you immortal, you die to oneshots most of the times anyway. Neither its impossible or even hard to achieve same effect w/o vinktar's.

And since when endurance charges give you +anything to max res? Even if flask is just + to all res its still useful for leveling and eleweak maps.

You can use one or another. Or both. Diversity, you know? Both armor and evasion are pretty damn strong atm.

Yeah, aegis bone offering witch surely looks like a joke, just like crit cap on 5% crit skill with assassin. Oh, forgot about 90% sweet free crit multi.
Hide your pitchfork man, patch is not even out yet.
