i actually would like to know if this skill made its way to 0.9.11 patches. this would be awesome in my build!
I'm wanting to play around with a 2 curse Necromancer, and this curse seems to be one of the only ones that makes sense. Punishment + Vulnerability (and splodin minions) I think would make a rocking combo... the other curses seem really lackluster for this type of build. Really hope this makes it back in.

Adding my voice to the request to bring Punishment back at some point. Would really love to use this skill on a summoner build.

Another begger begs for this skill to be returning.

I've never played with it and want to see how good it is. I really liked this kind of spell back in Diablo 2
Obviously it was to good for summoners , adding dmg reflection on top of minion instability is damn OP. So my suggestion is don't make it a buff instead of curse, self buff not an aura and make it reserve mana like Tempest shield.
I would love to see this skill back in in any way.

I think I would like to see this have some sort of taunt mechanic if at all possible. Perhaps scale back the damage if so. I know that there is decoy totem, but I don't see anything trying to grab attention to a specific player.
