Have you actually tried those bosses??? Especially the one with poison is impossible to kill on merciless without at least dying 10 times or so. What they did in poe is not challenging but plain frustrating!


I agree, its not skill that wins the fight in poe, its how many times you can let your self die by fighting and not quit due to frustration. This is their opinion of challenging. How much frustration you can handle because of the games cheap unfair mechanics. If it was challenging, skill would win it. This is not the case, stats win it. Because they oneshot and have unavoidable skills.

Someone mention playing hardcore? Yeah forget that crap, impossible.

everyone and their dogs were summoners using one specific monster? doesn't seem short-sighted at all...

funny that I'm using the same sweep sustainrauder build I always do and it's stronger than ever before...

only mal normal was ever close to killing me, sustain to the max, good dp. AND THEN I DOUBLED IT! (with marohi erqi)

(seriously, a 8 chaos item literally doubled my dps)
since I have no hope for significant game design improvements in this game I am officially done with Path of Exile. done for good

GGG, will you PLEASE have a proper look at the damage output of the ranged boss in Village Ruin? It's honestly more deadly than Malachai.

God tier patch.

I don't know what they changed but my GPU is climbing trees up to 88°C now.

Tried with FF XIV Ultra and Witcher High settings, barely 62°C.
Needless to say that POE is running in Low /Mid settings all day due to the disastrous performances overall and obnoxious special effects.

You summoners do realize they nerfed the mob because it was too powerful against players. Not because they wanted to nerf summoners.

A magic revenant was able to one shot me when i first started doing maps at like level 75 for over 3k dmg as an evasion character with max lightning resist. A rare one with faster attacks was a joke of a mob as you cant exactly dodge 5 projectiles spreading across the screen. They were worse for players than even devourers ever were.

Now I'm at level 91 and still revenants are the ONLY mob that actually pose any threat on the maps they allow us to get to now(73-75). Hitting players for 3k+ and rare ones with the ability to crit one shot players with 4k hp on a ele weakness or negative max resist map is just dumb.

So... Sorry summoners this nerf was NOT about you. Go find another unbalanced act 4 mob to exploit.

Then why don't you move on to some easier arpgs and enjoy your "wannabe skills" there by one-shotting everything? I really don't get it...
In PoE one-shotting monsters MUST exist cause its a part of a mechanic. And in hardcore for experienced players the "difficulty" is still the same. Get good or leave simple as that.

What do you mean short sighted? So because people use the same spectre it should get nerfed? Pretty sure though GGG gave the the reverant back its HP, that was the major concern.
You gotta remember that if the minion has poor life you cant use it as a spec, its level stays at the level u spawned it at. So, when we play, we almost need zone 70 level minions right, how many 70 minion we get to pick from? Well now who's short sighted?
Definitions:
Path of Exile; A world where you are free from pay to win. Unlimited builds, vast enemy mods and a strong end game. Unrivaled community in real life and rewarding developers.
Path of exile is one of the best ARPGS created/ Died 25 times to 1 boss in Path of Exile and would rip again.
