Awesome build. I had thought for a while the old max-block incinerate spec was obsolete, but you managed to revive it and probably make it even stronger than the pre-1.3 block nerf version, using plenty of skill synergies that 2.0 brings to the table. As someone who hadn't had much time to play beta, I will definitely give this a try when the next patch hits. Cheers.
One question, however: how important is the Sanctuary cluster? You need 7 passive points to travel to it, giving you 5% block, 12% all resists and roughly 200 additional ES on Rathpith. Did you get all gems (like fortify) as quest rewards? Because im thinking about playing this build in the new challenge leagues

I do elemental reflect with -max and/or ele weakness constantly so yes your assumption is correct
