Here's more interesting stuff to be excited about: Look at this unique helmet +(30 to 40) to Intelligence +(40 to 60) to maximum Energy Shield 50% increased Fire Damage Damage Penetrates 25% Fire Resistance Dispels Burning when you use a Flask If i had to design a unique that would fit this build, this would be it. Look at that shit, 50% fire damage static, 25% pen static. The last mod is to prevent RF builds from abusing it, but for us? Its even beneficial because the burning effect usually screws up with our regen.
